Return Policy

 Every effort is made to ensure that your merchandise is shipped from the Austin Air’s  location in Buffalo, New York in perfect condition. The customer  hereby agrees to abide by return procedure set forth below-

  •   Upon the receipt of a shipment of product(s),  the customer  will inspect each product for shipping damage or factory malfunctions. If any problem is found,  the customer will contact the Customer Service (info@surroundpureair.com) along with proofs(pictures/videos etc.),  appropriate serial number(s), model(s) and color(s) of damaged Products(s).
  • Each return that is requested within-in 30 days  will be examined case-by-case, and the customer may need to pay a return shipping fee, plus a re-stocking fee.
  • Upon the review of the proofs,  and the return approved,  a refurn/credit/exchange may be approved.
  • Product should be shipped back with-in 15 days of obtaining the return authorization.
  • No returns allowed for customized products and air filters.
  • No returns allowed after 30 days.
